Hi, my name is Will Stauffacher. I’m 17 years old and run a lawn care and landscaping business. I offer weekly maintenance services that include mowing, edging, string trimming, and blowing. In addition, I provide services like hedge trimming, leaf cleanup, mulching, weeding, and more.

When I first started, I had just one customer and a self-propelled gas mower. As I gained two more customers, I reinvested my earnings into better equipment, including an Ego Power+ 756 CFM battery-powered blower. From there, I became interested in transitioning to electric equipment to build a quieter, cleaner, and more efficient business.

At the time, electric mowers were too expensive for my budget. I reached out directly to the company to ask if they would consider selling me a mower at production cost. After not hearing back, I decided to send a letter instead. A few weeks later, without any prior response, a brand-new mower showed up at my door—completely free. That moment really changed how I viewed what was possible.

My goal now is to continue growing my business while promoting the benefits of electric equipment through the work I do every day. I’m excited about what’s ahead and appreciate any support in helping me take this vision even further.
